Our Mission
The Duty To Act Foundation exists to honor, support, and uplift the heroes who serve our communities, and the families who carry their legacy forward.

Founded by first responder brothers Eli Held, a firefighter, and Max Held, a police officer, the foundation was built on a shared belief: when tragedy strikes those who serve, we all have a responsibility to step in.

Through the Duty To Act Foundation, 10% of all proceeds are directed toward providing critical financial support to first responders in need and to families impacted by line-of-duty deaths.

Every contribution fuels real impact, delivering immediate assistance, long-term support, and recognition to those who have sacrificed everything in service to others.
